CrossFit Fundamentals - $150 Required for all new members
Three private coaching sessions where you will recieve instruction on proper form and technique on the core CF exercises as well as an introduction to Olympic weightlifting. Upon completion of the basic course you will be eligible to attend CF classes. The basic course is required for all new members who plan to attend class.
